This community will be built in wide area of Breka, municipality Centar, Sarajevo. There are no objects on this area. Ground ascents to the West. This project is located in zone of individual housing objects. Borders of this locality is street Ulica Osmana Krupalije from the South and street Ulica Hamida Beširevića from the East.

Base concept of this project is building autochthonous housing estates, which would be closely built in a way to form series. Tough in series, every of the estate is built in the way that organization – operational values of every estate will be kept as separate. Estates are so flexible that they can be modified, or configured in different ways, in terms of contents and size all that due to buyers wishes, especially estates in the end of line. Form of the residence is like multiplex. In that combined space living room, bedroom with all associated contents, guest room space and garage for two personal vehicles can be separated. In some estates pool with trim-cabinet will be provided in base of the estate. Due to great flexibility inside of every estate it’s very easy to make any interventions regarding configuration of inner contents or size of any particular space.

This concept is thoroughly followed also through estates vertical separation in three zones. Base of the estate where it is in contact with ground is made of a stone, creating a strong metaphor of autochthonous housing which characterized hill-sided settlements. Central space is mortar treated and is differentiated for every of the estates. The difference is made by shading every object in different shade creating particularity for each one of them.

Final roof form is facade treated in wood to personify old wooden houses seen through modern eyes. Different solutions of estate space organized portions do represent respective functionality zones of one estate. Therefor by constructing this high density series of estates we achieved maximal operational flexibility which besides functionality has it’s own distinctive features which are highly recognizable.
